Who is our Founder?
Cole Randall is a military veteran and Founder of Precision Leadership LLC.
Cole is married to Courteny Randall with 2 children, his 8yr old son, and 4yr old daughter are his real life superheroes.
In 2021 Cole earned his "Six Sigma Green Belt Leadership Certification", Also earning 13 United States Air Force leadership certifications, and being awarded the "Superior Leader Amongst Leaders Trophy '' by the United States Air Force.
Cole has been recognized as a "John C. Maxwell Leadership Certified Team Member'' and has trained hundreds of professionals in leadership development.
Cole’s purpose is to live a life of continual growth while empowering others to live the same.
